Story Thread:
Sairam Shankar as Sai gets beaten by richie-rich Bindu Madhavi as Aishwarya's goons and then they fall in true love. Now Bindu's dad Sayaji Shinde's condition for his blessing : hero should earn atleast a small fraction ,10 percent, of what he earns. Hero can't reach those riches, so decides to turn his would be Mama pauper!

We appreciate the film makers for having given telugu ammayi a chance - gosh she needs some treadmill or something.
Summary:
Movie's got decent music, indecent exposure, decent comedy and rest falls flat.
